Construc�on: Over three decades we

have worked on various types and sizes
of projects. We also have worked on
retrofi�ng projects. This has helped
us to hone our construc�on skills as
well as on the planning aspect of each
construc�on phase. We use updated
modern tools in the planning stage and
use latest machinery, tools and tackles
for various construc�on ac�vi�es.

Safety: This is also another vital part of

project execu�on. We focus on “Zero
Accident Rate” and our construc�on
team uses all required safety gear while
working on sites. We also select our
subcontractors with a lot of
considera�on.
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
On the strength of the exper�se gained through the successful execu�on of diverse EPC projects in associa�on with
global leaders in the field, Magnus Power, for the benefit of the customer, has developed strategy for backward
integra�on. Accordingly, MPPL has set up a state-of-the-art factory to manufacture various subsystems of power
projects with the inten�on of providing a be�er value proposi�on to its customers. The factory is located at
Vasanthanarsapura Industrial Estate, an ideal loca�on on the Bengaluru- Pune highway with easy access to
airportsand seaports.

The factory consists of:

• Assembly and workshops of approx. 3000 Sq. mts of covered area State of the art general purpose machining,
fabrica�on and welding equipments.
• Meteorology and tes�ng systems conforming to na�onal and interna�onal standards
• Fully equipped Office with networked environment to support the en�re factory opera�ons
• The factory has a core team of engineers/ technicians trained in manufacturing various subsystems with focus
on quality and performance
• The Quality Management System of factory is cer�fied to ISO 9001-2015
• The factory is developing as a center for world-class auxiliary systems for liquid and gas based projects
The auxiliary systems manufactured include Ven�la�on units of various capaci�es ranging from 30000CuM
per Hour (CMH) to 125000CMH
• Skid mounted pump modules for various applica�ons with cu�ng-edge components and instrumenta�on
• Air Receivers, Control Air Bo�les of various capaci�es
• Make up water and Expansions Tanks of various capaci�es.
