The Merchandising Manager is responsible for following up on T & A (Time and Action) on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the correct quality and quantity. They must submit lab dips, trims, bulk fabric color, and quality to the buyer for approval and arrange all materials needed for production. They also monitor the sampling approval process to provide timely samples to the client and arrange approvals for bulk production .
The Employment Agreement specifies that any notice required must be delivered personally or sent by pre-paid registered mail. Notices sent by registered mail are deemed received on the fourth business day of uninterrupted postal service following mailing. This provision ensures clear communication regarding the receipt of important notices .
The Successors clause implies that should the Employer's business be assigned to a successor, the successor must comply with the terms of the existing Employment Agreement, maintaining the continuity of the agreement's provisions as if they were the original party.
