Hello everyone. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to all of you and the
esteemed company for giving me the opportunity to participate in today's interview. My
name is Ngọc Minh, and I graduated with a degree in Garment Technology from Ho Chi
Minh City University of Technology and Education. I am a 3D Artist specializing in fashion,
and I truly enjoy using software to make and design patterns and transform them into 3D
models.
Over the past nearly 2 years, I've had the chance to develop and work on more than 30 3D
shoe models for Decathlon. Therefore, I am proficient in working closely with software such
as Icad3d+, Photoshop, and Blender. I have taken the responsibility to establish the 3D
model design process from scratch for the company, while also training new team members.
I feel truly proud and fortunate that the company decided to adopt an entirely new software,
and I had the opportunity to contribute to building the process from the ground up. It has
been a valuable experience, especially for a recent graduate like myself. I have had the
chance to grow and explore my capabilities, applying them to contribute and create
innovative solutions for the business. Being selected to join the company is a significant
opportunity for me. I am committed to continuously developing my skills and knowledge to

One area I have identified for improvement is public speaking. I used to feel nervous when
presenting in front of large groups. However, I've been actively working on this by attending
public speaking courses and participating in small group discussions. I recognize the

"In my previous role, I was tasked with building a process from scratch for a new software .
This tool was entirely new to the organization, and there were no existing procedures or
support systems in place. One of the most challenging aspects of this project was the lack of
available resources or co-worker with prior experience, making it necessary for me to
independently research and explore functionalities. Another significant challenge was the
need to engage with clients to understand their requirements and concerns. Not only
language barriers, but it also required effective communication to persuade clients adopting
the new tool.

In my career, effective communication has always been considered the key to building
strong relationships with clients and colleagues. One significant challenge I have proactively

Hello everyone. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to all of you and the esteemed company for giving me
opportunity to participate in today's interview. My name is Ngọc Minh, and I graduated with a degree in Garment Technology
from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education. In my previous job, I was as a 3D Modeler, specializing in
footwear for Decathlon.

Initially, I spent 8 months working with Maya, the main 3D modeling software used at my company with established
procedures. Later, I was fortunate to handle a new software, icad3d+, although I’m Just at junior. At that time, Few people
were skilled enough for this task.

I received intensive training from a French client and swiftly learned to proficiently use the new tool in just 5 days. Despite the
lack of existing 3D processes and specific documentation, I developed a complete 3D modeling workflow from 2D patterns. I
contributed significantly to setting up the 3D department, solving complex problems by innovating steps, and establishing the
3D modeling process. This experience allowed me to train new team members and establish a 3D modeling workflow at the
subsidiary.

Over time, as the 3D process using icad3d+ became established, with procedures becoming stable and repetitive, I realized
that my true passion lies in continuous improvement, finding solutions, and planning—areas closely related to operations.
This insight led me to rethink my future career path.

These challenges revealed my passion for management, planning, and process optimization. While initially I enjoyed 3D
modeling, I discovered a deeper interest in operational roles that involve managing projects, negotiating with clients, and
implementing improvements to increase efficiency.

My background in garment technology and my enthusiasm for management and operational excellence motivate me to apply
for the Operation Trainee position in the garment industry. I am eager to utilize my technical skills and management

Ban đầu, tôi dành 6 tháng làm việc với Maya, phần mềm tạo mô hình 3D chính được sử dụng tại công
ty của tôi với các quy trình đã được thiết lập sẵn. Sau này, tôi may mắn được sử dụng một phần mềm
