Price change for all stores – 5th April 2024
Price Change: With effect from 5th April 2024, our stores will undergo price change on all food, beverages and ice cream modifiers
• There will be NO change in the price of LTO beverages for all stores
• Find attached:
o FAQ for price change (In case of stores receive any customer queries on price change, please go through the attached FAQ’s)
o Crash kit April 2024.
Store Action:
• Schedule partners on the night before store opening to change the menu boards with the new pricing (as shown in the attached Siren’s eye) and RESTART THE POS.
• Stores will receive new food tags, BOBs on or before 4th April 2024.
• Change the food tags and BOBs before store opening. -- In case the stores don’t receive the new price tags of food, mark the prices in the tag using a black marker.
• VERY IMPORTANT: Remove and discard all the existing or any old crash kit, handheld menu, food tags, BOBs post price change.
• Print the attached food and beverage SKU wise list and check all prices on the POS before store opening.
• Price change on OrderServ:
o (All 3- MOP, Swiggy and Zomato) will undergo price update on 5th April.
o In case of any technical glitch if prices have not been updated & no price update has happened– stores should turn their store offline on OrderServ.
o DMs need to check prices on partner apps (Swiggy, Zomato and Starbucks app) on 5 th April.
o In case there is any food that a store is not selling and gets updated in the app, partner to toggle the food as stock out from Admin portal.
o Ensure all the items that are available in the app are available in store. In case of unavailability , stock out that item in the Admin Portal.
