What will you do?
• Interact & Brainstorm with leadership teams to assess gaps in skill and build customized
programs as per their need.
• Research and create academic courses and content for Antwalk Tech/Non-tech Academies (
Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Power Skills, Product Management, Cybersecurity,Data
and Anaytics, Core Technology, Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation Academy)
• Work with industry experts to define course outline and draft PPTs, in-class activities, MCQ, case
studies, etc.
• Edit, proofread and improve the content
• Be present in the class, interact with learners, encourage and measure class participation.
• Engage with learners on different community forums, and gather and resolve their queries.
• Align experts for self-learning modules and live classes
• Execute the process of developing self-learning videos with the help of experts
• Collaborate with Product, Enterprise, and Sales team for smooth execution of training
What skills do you need?
• Passionate about building content for Tech/ Non Tech academies
• Solid communication and presentation abilities
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge and experience with peers
• Open mindset towards change and eagerness for continuous improvement
• Enthusiasm for the startup space and open to learning and adapting to changes in the startup
ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills and a research-oriented mindset
• Possess a “can-do attitude” and desire to hit challenging targets
