valid until the stated expiration date or until the stated quantity has been received by Carrier,

to an FMC NRA exemption per 46CFR§532.6. This NRA contains in writing the terms and
conditions to which the parties have agreed. The Carrier and/or the Shipper may not modify this
NRA after the time of receipt of the initial shipment by the Carrier or its agent (or the originating
carrier in the case of through transportation). Unless otherwise noted, commodity is General

DSV STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our rates are based on today’s fuel, security and exchange rates. Fuel, security, BAF and CAF surcharges are based
on the V.A.T.O.S. principle (Valid At Time Of Shipping) except otherwise stated. Rates are subject to change with
further discussion.
Storage cost, special handling, any not mentioned handling and eventual inspection cost not included, charged at cost.
(rates available on request). Offer subjected to local charges at both at POL and POD.
Rates do not include Cargo and Transport Liability Insurance, duties and taxes at destination & origin
All rates are excluding governmental taxes and duties.

Changes to our cost structure beyond DSV control will be discussed and agreed prior to any changes of the agreed
rates.
Transit time depends on port congestion. Rates are based on Carriers of our choice, depends on carriers availability
and acceptance.
Not valid for dangerous goods, oversize (rate available on request) cargo.

Ocean freight is regulated in accordance with the international Hague/Visby/US Cogsa regulations and subject to the
terms and conditions stipulated in the DSV Ocean Transport Bill of Lading.

All services are rendered according to the DSV Standard Terms and Conditions. Your legal position is materially altered due to DSV’s limited liability
in case of loss of, damage to or delay of your cargo. DSV will furthermore obtain the right of lien over your cargo and all claims against DSV are
time-barred after 1 year. We recommend that you review the full text of the DSV Standard Terms and Conditions prior to DSV’s pick-up of your cargo
– DSV Standard Terms and Conditions. Orders undertaken as carrier of overseas carriage are subject to conditions stipulated in the DSV Ocean
Transport Bill of Lading/Sea Way Bill. Your legal position is materially altered due to DSV's limited liability in case of loss of, damage to or delay of
your cargo. DSV will furthermore obtain the right of lien over your cargo and all claims against DSV are time-barred after 9 months. We recommend
that you review the full version of the DSV Ocean Bill of Lading before DSV's pick-up of your cargo - DSV Ocean Transport B/L. Orders undertaken
as carrier of carriage by air are subject to conditions stipulated in DSV's House Air Waybill. Your legal position is materially altered due to DSV's
limited liability in case of loss of, damage to or delay of your cargo. All claims against DSV are time-barred after 2 years. We recommend that you
review the full version of the DSV House Air Waybill prior to DSV's pick-up of your cargo - DSV House Air Way Bill. In case of discrepancy between
the DSV Standard Terms and Conditions and the terms stipulated in the DSV Ocean Transport B/L or the DSV House Air Waybill, the terms of the
DSV Ocean Transport B/L or the DSV House Air Waybill shall prevail.
