Our first festival is all about Giant Lantern Festival.
Let us define what Giant Lantern Festival is. Let’s
read.

The Giant Lantern Festival celebrates


Christmas the right way, an entire month of
giant lanterns lighting up the Christmas
Capital of the Philippines- San Fernando
City. There is a competition for the largest
lantern in the city. The first lantern festival
was held to honor President Manuel L.
Quezon.

As a show of gratitude to Mr. Quezon, the


people of San Fernando held a Christmas lantern
contest to honor the former president

Our next festival is all about Sinulog Festival. Let
us define what Sinulog Festival is. Let’s read.

Celebrating Santo Nino is a big festival in


the entire nation. The city of Cebu also hosts
a grand festival in Santo Nino’s honour

discussed and construct an essay with 3-5 sentences on why did you choose this festival?
