Physical
-Stretching in the morning wakes my body up both physically and mentally. It wakes my muscles up and
helps me not be stiff during the day.
-The training I do at night is when I get the most of my daily physical exercise. It helps me release all the
stress from the day. It also tires me out and its easier for me to relax and fall asleep at night.
Emotional
Looking at my daily calendar in the morning is usually done while I eat breakfast. It helps me map out
my day so I don’t feel overwhelmed with tasks. Also a quick cold shower and some loud music always
gets me motivated to take on the day
Meal prepping at night for the next day is something that saves me a lot of time. One less thing to worry
about while I go through my day.
Social
Morning walks with my dog is great since it is harder to socialize during these times. Since I haven’t been
able to see many friends and family, its been easier having him to hang out with especially in the
morning when everyone’s still sleeping
At night is social time with the family. We all love hockey so we use that as an excuse to hang out all
together and talk about what’s going on in our lives
Spiritual
Taking time in the morning to stretch and visualize what I want to accomplish helps me achieve what I’m
shooting for that day. At night, meditation is an effective way for me to reflect on myself and
understand what I want. It also puts my mind at ease as I wind down from the day
Occupational
Meal prepping in the morning and night are great ways to improve my occupational efficiency
Intellectual
Looking in my daily calendar in the morning helps me with my time management. Looking at what I can
possibly accomplish throughout the day helps me try and achieve these goals. At night I can assess what
I got done and what didn’t and why. This helps me with planning my days in the future and making
decisions on what task can be accomplished at once.
