VENUE : Brgy. New Visayas Basketball Court, Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte

RATIONALE:
Section 13, Article II of the constitution, declares that, "The state recognizes the vital
role of the youth in nation building and shall promote their physical, mental, moral,
spiritual, and social well-being. It shall inculcate in the youth patriotism and
nationalism, and encourage their involvement in public and civic affairs."
Section 30 of RA 10742 also known as the Sanguniang Kabataan Reform Act of
2015, mandates the Annual conduct of Enter Color Club (Basketball League) in
every barangay, municipality, and province with this year's theme: “YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM AND EXERCISES “.
The Enter Color Club (Basketball League) aims to celebrate the youth in the
Municipality of Santo Tomas and to provide an avenue for them to develop artistic,
leadership, sports and talefund
OBJECTIVES:
To provide an avenue where the youth can develop their talents in culture, arts
and sports.
To provide equal opportunity where youth leadership could be further empowered
through various activities, trainings and exposure.
To create a pool of talents from the grassroots level particularly from the
barangays and schools, to further develop discovered talents in the future. To
promote camaraderie among SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN in the barangay and
other youth organizations.

3rd Place – Php 2,000
2nd Place – Php 3,000
Champion – Php 4,000
