ABSTRACT
The study was designed to find out the levels of customer satisfaction of samsung mobile users. Data was collected from a sample size of 10 users each of Samsung products from Indore, Mobile phones are widely used all over the world, and with their increasing number of valueadded features, they are becoming far more than a mere mobile voice communication device. Rather, they provide a powerful platform for accessing information universally. The main objective of this research is to find out the mobile producing company whose customers are having maximum satisfaction with the mobile phone. The survey study involved college students and employed persons and investigated the users overall satisfaction. Significantly higher percentage of male users own phones with camera, Internet browsing, and wireless connectivity features than female users. The empirical study reported in this paper provides a comprehensive picture of how various features of the mobile and their efficient working can enhance the mobile phone as a universal access [Link] it was thought that mobile phone is only for the businessmen but after the introduction of cheap handsets by different mobile manufacturing companies it has become an item of necessity. Now we can see almost every person whether student or employed is having a personal mobile phone. This fact makes this study useful because the number of respondents have increased and thus we can reach to much better and practical solution.

OBJECTIVE
The objective of this research is: [Link] find out the customer satisfaction on SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONES USERS in Indore. 2. To study the service provider and service quality in the Samsung mobile handsets. [Link] study the major features which a customer looks for in a mobile before making a purchase. [Link] know about the satisfaction level associated with Samsung as well as different mobile phones.
REVIEW OF LITERATURE
A brief literature would be of immense help to the researcher in gaininginsight into selected problem. The researcher would gain good backgroundknowledge of the problem by reviewing certain studies. A reference to theseentire studies will be related in the contest of theshaping the present study. Samuel, in his study found that most of the respondents consider, size,quality, price, instrument servicing are an important factors for selecting thehandset of majority of the respondents are satisfied over the payment system,quality of services, coverage area, and attending the complaints.1. Samuel, customer satisfaction for cellular services, a study with a referenceto BPL and Samsung mobile phones and services, an unpublished [Link].,dissertation, submitted to Bharathiar university, Coimbatore, December 2002. SreeNandhini, in her study shows that 88.3% of the respondents are cell phone helps that to deal business matter confidently and effectively. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY RESEARCH TYPE
The study is conclusive in nature. Primary objective: The aim is to study the customer care and level of customer satisfaction at INDORE Data collection : Primary source method Research Approach : Survey Method Research Instrument : Self-structured questionnaire Sample Size : 100 Sample Method : Non Probability Population : All Samsung Mobile users in Indore city Research is a systematic method of finding solutions to problems. It is essentially an investigation, a recording and a analysis of evidence for the purpose of gaining [Link] to Clifford woody, research comprises of defining and redefining problem, formulating hypothesis or suggested solutions, collecting,organizing and evaluating data, reaching conclusions, testing conclusions to determine whether they fit the formulated hypothesis Simple random sampling is used for this study. This is Applied Research.
SAMPLE DESIGN
Asample design is a finite plan for obtaining a sample from a given [Link] Random sampling is used for this study: SAMPLE SIZE : 100 Respondents.
UNIT: INDORE NO. OF QUESTIONS: 17 Sampling procedure: The procedure adopted in the present study is random sampling, select respondent randomly from population.
PRIMARY SOURCES:
The primary sources are discussion with Customers, data collected through questionnaire.
TOOLS FOR DATA COLLECTION:
The data were collected from the respondents through the distribution of questionnaire. Thesequestionnaires will be distributed to the college students and general people these people covered almost all income groups.
TOOLS FOR DATA ANALYSIS:
For the analysis purpose, various statistical tools were used as and where needed.Z- test is used for analyzing the data.
HYPOTHESIS:
Ho: There is no impact of the level of customer satisfaction on Samsung mobile handset. H1: There is impact of the level of customer satisfaction on Samsung mobile handset.
RESULT AND DISCUSSION
Z Test
It is a parametric test which depends upon the parameters such as mean or standard deviation. This test is applicable only if the sample size i.e. n 30 (sample size is greater than or equal to 30).

CONCLUSION
Our major research project is dependents choice, so I am able to know that what a customer wants from the handsett mobile phone. And which features are at least in a handset and how many features are important to make the reasonable and durable of the mobile phone.
