0100 Checksum Error Reprogram the i-Drive with a PC Programmer. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
0200 Checksum Error Reprogram the i-Drive with a PC Programmer. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
0300 Parallel Speed Potentiometer Wiper Open Circuit Check the Parallel Speed Potentiometer, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
0704 Test 12V Error Check the batteries are fully charged, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
0815 Throttle Reference Error Check the throttle potentiometer, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
0A00 Sleep Timer Turn the i-Drive 'Off' and then 'On' to reset. To disable the timer, set Sleep Timer to '0'.
0E07 Throttle Wiper Shorted To Reference (ISO Only) Check the ISO test resistor is fitted, throttle potentiometer, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
1310 FET Overcurrent Check the batteries, motor, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
1500 Solenoid Brake Short Circuit Check the solenoid brake, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
1502 Solenoid Brake Open Circuit Check the solenoid brake, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
1504 Solenoid Brake Interlock Error Check the solenoid brake, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
1600 High Battery Voltage Check the batteries, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.

2F01 Throttle Displaced At Start-Up Check the operator is not deflecting the throttle at start-up, the throttle mechanism, throttle potentiometer, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
3100 Bridge Error Check the batteries, motor, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
3201 Firmware Error Reprogram the i-Drive with a PC Programmer. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
3240 Firmware Error Reprogram the i-Drive with a PC Programmer. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.

4401 Record Of Possible Controller Error Note the contents of the Control Log for further information and then check the batteries, motor, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. Contact PGDT if '4401' errors continue to be recorded.
5300 Programmable Setting Changed Turn the i-Drive 'Off' and then 'On' to reset.
7C00 Thermistor Error Check the batteries, motor, connections and applicable wiring to the i-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
7901 Belly Button Active At Start-Up Check the Belly Button Switch, connections, and applicable wiring to the I-Drive. If the error persists, return the controller to PGDT.
