Good Morning Everyone”
“Let us pray first, by Mr._______ heading us”
“Before we start, arrange yourself first. Pick
up the pieces of paper around you, and

“So, I have a picture here, tell me what can
you say about the picture?”
“What makes you think that she is sad?”
“Yes, another answer?”

opinions. So as you can see, she became
pregnant at an early age, and it is one of
the current issue in our country and it’s
called Teenage Pregnancy”
“What do you think are the reasons why
teenagers became pregnant at an early age
nowadays?”

“Okay last meeting I told you to include on
your assignment to read the story
“Footnote to Youth by: Jose Garcia Villa.”
“But Before moving to the story, let us first
have a brief discussion about who the
author is/who is Jose Garcia Villa.
“Jose Garcia Villa was a poet, a literary critic
and a short story writer. He was also a
painter. He was known because of his stylr in
writing poetry which has the use of commas
after each words. Too much for that let’s
move on, on one of his known literary piece
“Footnote to Youth”.
“On your own understanding what do
youmean, what do you think Footnote to
youthis?”
“Thank you! The story “Footnote to youth” is
an eye opener to us who were classified
as youth. Nowadays, we can’t deny the fact
that there are so many teenagers that were
getting pregnant accidentally or
unintentionally. We all know that one of the
major causes why youth now had been
engaged to that immorality was our curiosity
isn’t it? And that is premarital sex. But in the
story, what is the reason why Dodong marry
Teang?

words or group of words that shows the plot
of the story?”

Teang was giving birth?”

“We all know that Dodong had some
regrets about teang having birth to their
first child. Dodong came out to have
breathe some air. He still cannot believe
that this all is happening.”

Dodong come to Teang?”
“Very Good! Okay now what did Dodong
felt when he came to his wife and their
firstborn baby?”

“So years passed Blas was not the only
child. Many more children came.”
“Dodong even blames himself for it. But the
children came and came. But what happen to

making life choices at our young age which
