Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein


and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased
to set aside the Judgment and decree dated 26.06.2014 in [Link].6 of
2013 on the file of Learned District Judge, Sivagangai confirming
the Judgment and Decree dated 07.12.2012 in [Link].23 of 2005 on the
file of Learned Subordinate Judge, Devakkottai and dismiss the suit
filed by the respondents by allowing this Second Appeal with costs
throughout and thus render justice.

CMP(MD) No.11177 of 2017:

To stay all further proceedings pursuant to the Judgment


and decree passed in [Link].23/2005 dated 31.3.2005 on the file of
Sub Court, Devakkottai confirmed in AS No.6/2013 on the file of
District Court, Sivaganga by judgment and decree dated 26.6.2014
pending disposal of the second appeal and pass suitable orders and
thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the
