Solids Flow Meter MULTISTREAM B

‘Inline' measuring of bulk solids flows

Compact inline measuring system based on the

impact plate principle, for the continuous
acquisition of flow rates and totalized amounts of
up to 100t/h.
The range of bulk solids is from pulverized to
granular:

• Compact, offset-free construction

• Low-priced measuring unit with optionally
integrable measuring electronics
• Dust-tight stainless steel housing

MULTISTREAM B - The impact plate principle

• Detection of the horizontal component of

the reaction force (no measuring bias
due to material build-ups)

• Excellent accuracies with constant

material properties and in constant
environmental conditions

Gate ACCURACY ... "ON STREAM" CALIBRATION

Flexible Connection
A field-proven method to ensure accuracy in a
Flow Meter system is to employ a Check Weigh
Bin between the Flow Meter and the Storage Silo.

Check Weigh Bin The Check Weigh Bin, using load cells and a
precision static weighing system. allows positive,
precise material testing without interrupting the
operation.

The calibration may be done manually or can be

incorporated in the DISOCONT®-measuring and
control unit as a completely automatic function. In
the case of automatic checking, accuracy of better
than ± 1% of capacity may be realized.
