Hello Ms. Anna and team A, in this video, I wanna talk about my assessment in our essay first draft.
Through Ms. Anna’s feedback. I found it helpful for our group and myself to recognize what is the
shortcoming in our essay. The feedback is clear and detailed so that I can improve the essay significantly.
Regrading feedback from other groups, they also raised some useful questions for me to reflect the essay
such us using hedging or analyze evidence clearly. When applying the essay assessment criteria, firstly in
critical thinking and analysis, I found that the ideas are mostly objective with different perspectives.
However, some points has not been supported clearly. About evidence, the references in this essay is
reliable enough to be used to support the main ideas. Our essay is also built quite logically from the
outline to supporting ideas wtih a clear outline matching with each body, structure is sufficient with
essay requirement, most references are integrated properly and do not have too many errors in
vocabulary and grammar. However, this first draft limitations is some evidence has not been analyzed to
support the claims or some idea has not been supported by evidence or some intext citation is not
correct. Some paragraph is overused of evidence with ananlysing or expalnign clearly. So, I would like to
mark our group essay about 74-75, in the middle of credit and distinction.
