TRAINING DESIGN
TITLE THREE (3) DAYS FIRST AID TRAINING, AND BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-
CPR FOR STUDENT LEADERS AND ADVISERS
RATIONALE RA 10121 also known as the Philippine Disaster Risk Reduction and
Management Act of 2010 Section 12 C (4) MDRRMO shall organize and
conduct training, orientation, and knowledge management activities on
disaster risk reduction and management at the local level.

LDRRMO NAGA understands the need of responders in every school


who can act immediately to any unforeseen calamities which had
resulted to loss of lives, mass casualty, and panic to the members of the
community. School Based DRRMC Personnel in coordination with Office
of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management-Municipality of Naga
shall assure that all barangay personnel are ready to act at any time.
OBJECTIVES GENERAL
To develop knowledge, skills and competencies of participants in
preparations for any unforeseen calamities to barangay responders.

SPECIFIC
1. To identify risk and hazards in school level thru awareness
2. To enhance lifesaving and rescue response skills of school
personnel and DRRM Focal.
3. To provide information necessary to members of the community.
4. To be updated of the latest practice related to DRRM
preparedness.
DATE, PARTICIPANTS, Period: February 14 to 16, 2024
VENUE, RESOURCE SPEAKER Participants: 25 School Base DRRM Focal
AND TRAINERS Training Staff 5 Personnel from LDRRMO

METHODOLOGY A lecture – discussion of the topic shall be applied by the resource


speakers in the Visayan and Tagalog as a translation and explanation of
English. Presentation and demonstration for easy

teaching – learning method thru the use of Power Point and Projector
shall be maximized.

Actual Demonstration, benchmarking, and simulation response shall be
