TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 This form is free of cost and is not for sale. It can be downloaded through the following link

2 Only candidates aged 18 and above are eligible to apply.
3 Pakistanis (both local & overseas), CNIC/NICOP, and POC holders are eligible to apply.
4 An applicant may submit multiple applications for every distinct category of plots. However, he/she
will be allotted a plot against only one successful application in balloting for each distinct category of
plots.
5 The application processing fee is for one plot in each plot category.
6 The processing fee for the applications submitted, whether successful or unsuccessful, is non-
refundable.
7 Plots will be allotted to successful candidates through balloting.
8 Please refer to the clauses below on terms of payment:
(a) Successful applicants will make quarterly payments by Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Online Transfers
before the 5th of the month, of each quarter. The foundation of this contract is based on prompt
payment of instalments on the due dates as specified in the payment plan.
(b) Successful applicants are requested to pay as per the payment schedule. Failure to make payments
within the given timeframe may result in termination of the plan. Clients defaulting or delaying three
or more payments may risk losing their investment. In such cases, deposits paid by applicants will
be subject to deductions & penalties and monies paid until regularized.
(c) A surcharge @20% per annum for each day of delay shall be levied in cases of default.
(d) The applicant's deposit (if any) will be repaid, less deductions & penalties, upon completion of the
project. There will be no interest paid on the money placed either.
9 The application for the allocated plot will be processed only once all dues and other charges have been
paid for the plot.
10 The applicant shall pay the Authority's transfer fees, documentation charges, and all other ancillary
and miscellaneous expenditures as decided by the Authority. Plot costs do not cover registration and
expenditures, as well as electricity, water, and meter charges.
11 The allottee will pay all applicable taxes and charges levied by the federal or provincial governments,
local bodies, and municipalities, or any other authorities, including those that are now in effect and
those that may be levied by the above and/or other authorities in the future.
12 If the applicant is paying the processing fee through DD/PO, he/she is responsible for delivering this
form, along with processing fee payment details (Original DD/PO) and required eligibility documents,
to the Ravi Urban Development Authority office located at "151- Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town,
Canal Road, Lahore" via courier or in person.
13 Registered persons/members are requested to make payments as per schedule. A surcharge @20%
per annum for each day of delay shall be levied in cases of default.
14 In the case of corner or park-facing plots, 10% additional charges will be paid with the final installment.
15 RUDA reserves the right to change the allotment or make adjustments, or relocation of plot, if
necessary, due to encumbrances/other critical reasons. Extra development costs may be charged if
necessary, and the same will not be disputed in any forum.
16 Formal allotment letters will be issued after payment of development charges and miscellaneous
charges.
17 This application will be considered for participation in the balloting process only when the applicant's
deposit of the application(s) processing fee is confirmed in Ravi Urban Development Authority's bank
account.

1 I hereby declare that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of allotment of the plot
in the project and accept the same and further declare that I shall abide by the existing rules,
regulations, requirements, etc., or any other conditions that may be prescribed by the Authority
for the lease and maintenance of the project from time to time.
2 I have read and understood all the terms and conditions written above. Whatever information
given is correct and if anything, is wrongly filled/found wrong I will be completely responsible for
this. I hereby agree to abide by these as well as any future rules and regulations of RUDA Lahore.
3 I, the undersigned, acknowledge, affirm and agree that I am fully authorized to make payments,
for/with the application, through the card and the payment is being made with full knowledge,
consent, and authority of the card holder. I acknowledge, agree, recognize, and understand that
RUDA will not entertain any claims, with regard to the payments made through the card, for
reimbursement of payments, whether refundable or non-refundable, on the grounds that the
transaction was carried out using an unauthorized card.
