Sub.: Quotation Regarding Mill Production Contract of Steel Tubes.


Dear Sir,
With due respect we are sending our quotation for Mill Production with hope that you will consider our quotation on merit basis.

Particular Rate / mt

1. 20NB To 150NB 350


Term & condition:-

(i) Our offer is only labour charges, Production Team:-


Fourman 1, Operator 2, Welder 1 ,COC operator 1, Crane Operator 2, Helper [Link] 1,Fittar1
Supervisor 1
(ii) Minimum guarantee Production per month in one shift (12hours) 1000 M.T,
(iii) We will be able to give you numbers of tubes in 1 (One) Tones according to Black pipe standard. This will be
applicable for all size.
(iv) Minimum Production1000 M.T – 60% advance in the 22nd day of every month.
(v) Final Payment to be made 7th day of every month.
(vi) All tools and safety components by company.
(vii) Advance 50% to be paid contractor.
(viii) Company shall provide worker residence.
(ix) Either party to giving 30 days notice in advance may terminate the above contract.
(x) In any case of any accident / tragedy in factory premises while working Hours Responsibility will be the company.
(xi) The Rate of contract will be revised after annually (one year )
(xii) If Company fail to give us the required order or due to Break down the production will note reach the minimum limit
in that case the company will have to pay the us the minimum amount or 1000 MT productions for one month for
one shift.

2. Responsibility
We ensure you that we will provide best quality of product – Best Production, best Quality- Minimum Maintenance –
Clean Plant will help you Expending Your Product in Market by.
3. Merit Point: -
(A) All Team of Production have minimum 5Year and Maximum 15 Year of Experience.
