is not always easy and it’s why the change company exists to help provide that support and assist in
raising awareness that not everyone gets respect. It might be that they are a minority in the
workplace or they’re just not being offered the same opportunities as others are. So try to
acknowledge that even though some may not be in agreement with you or they’re not your
particular person to hang around, everyone deserves to be respected and vice versa.

Third, You Never Know Who May Help Or Hinder You. There are times in life that can be rewarding
and then there are also times in life where your actions can come to bite your behind. When it
comes to speaking to others and the treatment of others, you never really know if they’re someone

your personal life or work life.

Fourth, it encourages others to make a change. Encouraging others to be kind and respectful is
