Limits of application of the standard
The standard (see [1.10]) deals with the operating loads of buildings, their method of evaluation and the
values of these loads to be introduced into the calculations.
It does not deal with the coefficients to be applied to them in the combinations of actions or with the
other values of these charges liable to intervene.
Operating expenses the minimum value of which can be generally fixed
