Hey, welcome to the Project Filing System I use to efficiently run projects here at

Initiate.

Included here is a folder structure with a primary folder, sub-folders and sub-sub
folders, providing you with a ready-made storage framework. The folders are empty,
allowing you to fill them with your own branded documents and to tailor them to the
needs of your studio.

How I Use the Filing System:

1. Within your primary business folder, name a new folder ‘Design Projects’.
2. Drag our Project Filing System into this new folder.
3. Copy and paste the filing system for a new project, always keeping an
original copy.
4. Re-name the copied folder with New Job No_New Project name, for example,
2023-01_Hill House.
5. As new projects come in, simply keep copying, pasting and renaming the
original folder.

Here's hoping this is helpful to you, let me know how you get on.
