The turning points for each character signify a shift towards resolution by either altering their mindset or providing actionable steps. For Rohit, the turning point occurs when his friend reframes the failure as a temporary challenge, encouraging Rohit to see beyond immediate setbacks . Rahul's shift towards acceptance happens when his friend points out his ex's indifference, prompting a moment of clarity about the relationship's end and new beginnings . Vikram's pivotal moment arises when his trainer offers a tangible plan and shares personal struggles, motivating him to persist in his fitness journey . These turning points are crucial as they offer new perspectives or tangible actions, aiding characters in transitioning from emotional turmoil to acceptance and resolution.

The friends' interventions are generally effective in providing immediate emotional support and reframing the main characters' challenges. Rohit's friend offers contextual perspective, but fostering a structured academic support system could deepen the impact . Rahul's friend effectively shifts his mindset from obsession to opportunity, though introducing professional counseling could address underlying emotional dependencies . Vikram's friend and trainer provide motivation and actionable fitness guidance, yet incorporating holistic health support might offer more comprehensive improvement . Enhancing these interventions by integrating systemic support strategies such as mentorship programs or professional advice could yield longer-lasting impacts and more profound personal growth.

In the scenes, friends provide support through empathy, encouragement, and practical advice. For instance, Rohit's friend reassures him that his math failure is not the end and that his mother will not stay angry for long, urging him not to lose heart . Similarly, Rahul's friend comforts him after his breakup by offering water, listening to his woes, and convincing him to move on by sharing insights about his ex's actions . Vikram's friend reassures him that he is on the right path despite being mocked and signals the benefits of persevering . These interactions reveal the importance of social support in helping individuals navigate emotional challenges, reinforcing the idea that having a supportive network can significantly alleviate personal struggles.

Rohit responds to his challenge of failing a math exam with internalized frustration and self-doubt, believing he is a disappointment, which makes him initially reluctant to confide in his friend . Rahul's breakup elicits a more outward expression of despair, crying and persistently calling his ex, which reflects his immediate struggle to accept the situation and his dependence on emotional support . Vikram's response to being mocked for his physique is anger, leading him to briefly withdraw before seeking practical solutions to his problem . These differing responses indicate that while Rohit and Rahul initially struggle with expressing vulnerability, Vikram channels his emotions into seeking improvement. Their interactions with friends are thus characterized by a transition from isolation to sharing and seeking guidance, influenced by their openness to external perspectives.

Societal pressures in the skit profoundly influence Rohit, Rahul, and Vikram, shaping their experiences and perceptions of self-worth. Rohit faces academic pressure, leading to self-doubt and a belief in his inadequacy, as his mother's disappointment reflects societal expectations for educational success . In Rahul's case, the pressure to maintain a romantic relationship impacts his self-identity and emotional stability, revealing how societal views on relationships can cause distress when they falter . Vikram encounters body image pressure, with societal norms on physique prompting feelings of inferiority despite his efforts in self-improvement . These pressures delineate the characters' internal conflicts and compel them to navigate personal growth, highlighting society's influential role in identity formation.

The friend's role as a confidant and motivator is essential for the development of the main characters by providing them with emotional support and alternative viewpoints. In Rohit's scenario, the friend helps Rohit to demystify his academic stress by treating his failure as a hurdle rather than a definitive outcome, hence instilling confidence . In Rahul's case, the friend alleviates the pain of heartbreak through conversation and actionable encouragement, which eventually aids Rahul in beginning to move forward . In Vikram's journey, the friend's assurance helps Vikram gain clarity about his progress and align his efforts towards measurable goals . These supportive roles enrich character development by fostering self-awareness and resilience.

Dialogue plays a crucial role in reinforcing the theme 'this too shall pass' by offering reassurance and shifting perspectives. The conversational tone, especially marked by a friend's casual and supportive demeanor, helps characters process their emotions and consider solutions. For example, Rohit's friend uses a light-hearted yet firm tone to highlight the temporary nature of Rohit's academic setback . Rahul's friend similarly uses humor and practicality to divert his thoughts from persistent gloom to potential new beginnings, emphasizing impermanence . Vikram's trainer adopts a relatable tone, sharing personal experiences to assure Vikram of progress . These dialogues influence the characters by encouraging acceptance and resilience, facilitating a more constructive approach to decision-making.

Humor in the skit is used as a coping mechanism to address serious issues, allowing characters to view their situations with less gravity and more optimism. In Rohit's story, humor is introduced through his friend's exaggerated promise of violence if secrets aren't shared, breaking tension and redirecting focus towards camaraderie and the temporary nature of his academic failure . Following Rahul's breakup, humor emerges when his friend mockingly refers to his ex moving on quickly, which lightens the mood and shifts perspective from loss to opportunity . When Vikram grapples with criticism of his physique, humor mitigates the impact of bullying, as seen in the trainer's personal anecdote, transforming discouragement into motivation . Humor thus acts as a tool for emotional resilience, encouraging the characters to overcome their adversities.

Each main character's crisis and resolution add layers to the narrative of 'overcoming obstacles.' Rohit's initial crisis of failing a math exam and feeling inadequate is resolved when he gains perspective from his friend who assures him that setbacks are temporary . Rahul's emotional turmoil following a breakup transitions into acceptance, helped by his friend's intervention and the realization that relationships evolve . Vikram's frustration with his lack of physical progress is addressed through professional advice from his trainer, reinforcing his dedication to personal goals . Each resolution underscores the narrative that perseverance, external support, and a positive mindset are pivotal in overcoming life's hurdles.

The theme 'this too shall pass' serves as a central message in the skit by offering hope and a way forward during difficult times. It is explicitly mentioned in several scenarios: First, when Rohit confides in his friend about failing in math and his friend reassures him by saying 'this too shall pass' . The same theme is reiterated when Vikram is mocked for his slim physique at the gym, and his trainer encourages him by stating, 'this too shall pass, aur keep pushing' . These instances demonstrate that the characters' temporary struggles are part of a longer journey and can be overcome with time and effort.
