Greetings from the Cycling community of Lilo-an!

We, ACCERT Lilo-an chapter and together with the PNP Liloan, wish to organize
a Cross Country cycling race on the 12th of June 2021 dubbed as “The Freedom
Race”.

The purpose of this XC Race is to promote the Ecotourism industry within the
Municipality of Lilo-an. As such, we would like to ask for your approval and permit
us to organize this event.

A total of 5 barangays is covered by this event which will start at Jubay and end
at Capulay, Tayud. We are expecting a maximum of 300 participants..

We strictly urge each participant to practice the protocols mandated by IATF and
as such we have marshals to implement and guide the riders. We would also be
honored if you can grace the occasion together with Congressman Duke Frasco.
