let us conceive a project for a new mobile app that helps users learn a new
language. here is a possible work breakdown structure
project planning

analyzing existing language learning apps in the market to identify their strengths
and weaknesses
Analyze user needs and preferences: this involves gathering information about the

and pain points.
Evaluate existing language learning resources: this involves identifying and

materials.
3. Design and development

Develop app content and language resources: this involves creating and curating
