ascertain whether or not the aforementioned individual is permitted to solicit, accept, or
take investments from the public or has a secondary license for the solicitation of such
investments, as required by Securities Regulation Code (SRC).

Further, please furnish this unit a certification for our investigative reference for future
filing of criminal action as our action taken in relation to numerous complaints.
