Funding Process:

Once you’ve become a client and have officially signed the MOU

which is a legally binding Commercial Contract and have deposited 50% of the required

fee the financial instrument application process begins at one of our banks. Once the

DRAFT of the instrument is approved by our bank, we arrange for placement and sign a

contract with our partner/ monetizer.

Our monetizers will receive our SBLC via SWIFT MT-760 and provide us with capital.

We currently receive profit between 50%-70% loan to value against our financial

collateral. Funds will be delivered to your designated account payable in two payments.

Timeline to Receive First Payment: 45 - 90 Days

Banks we issue financial instruments from include:

Citibank New York / Deutsche Bank London / Germany, HSBC BANK PLC London &

Hong Kong, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase,

Barclays Bank London, Standard Chartered Bank London, Dubai & Hong Kong

The fee to lease our financial instrument is 10% - 18% of face value. Our

bank charges us Swift & Transmission fees which is your fee contribution

known as the 50% deposit structure.

The remaining 50% swift fee as well as 10% -18% will be deducted from monetization

and is handled internally by our company. Our banks charge us between 2.5% to 7.5%

to have the instrument issued and sent via SWIFT to our lender. The moment the instrument
leaves our account these costs are what our company pays to the bank holding our assets.

The 50% deposit is a commitment required by your company and does not cover the majority
of the hard costs we cover~ we know we will be successful as we have Central Bank clearances
and specialized privileges to transact.

We pay your company to any appointed account of your choice. Please send a usage of funds
summary provided with your application.

Refer to the chart for reference to 50% deposit commitment fee our banks charge us to
process the financial instrument.

The capital raised is non-recourse and carries no repayment of debt. Our company
provides you with security by providing a Corporate refund guarantee within the MOU

to protect your payment. Once payment is received, proof of payment will be supplied

for your records and the contract is initiated for us to begin working to Sponsor your

company.

If you’re ready to engage and can prove solvency, request our application CIS and
Questionnaire. Once approved you will receive a Memorandum of Understanding & Invoice to
review and sign and return and make payment. We ask that you refrain from applying until
you’re ready and can make payment within 10 days of receiving approval. SWIFT &
