Executive Profile
A seasoned CFO having multi geographical experience in Financial Management, Financial Planning, Financial
Controls, Investment Management and Strategic Decision Making, Operations, Transformation, and Risk
Management functions in both corporate and shared service environments. Being a CA, and Exec MBA (from IIM
C), and work experience with large corporates (Vodafone, CPA Global, Timex, KPMG, PWC) and startups
(Cambridge Systems, Futuris Company, DoIt Smart Hospitality, own venture), I bring a diverse background to
the table.
As CFO for Futuris Company, USA (OTC Exchange Listed Entity) and as Group CFO at DoIt Smart Hospitality,
India, I have been responsible for Financial Planning, Budgeting, Investment Management and Business
Acquisitions in Healthcare and IT manpower staffing , Performing Due Diligence, Fund Raising, Decision Support,
Analytics, Corporate Taxation, Regulatory Compliance and influencing and making business strategies to drive
growth and profitability. I with my team also managed the entire gammit of regulatory compliances including
timely SEC reportings, board meetings, Restricted Party Screening of all parties associated with the company,
etc.
At Vodafone and CPA Global which were Shared Services Environment, I was responsible for three geographical
regions and four countries with teams in 3 locations and managing diverse and multifunctional stakeholders.
Being a part of leadership, I was instrumental in the introduction of customer-facing Artificial Intelligence tool
named Amelia and worked with the Managing Director to deliver a cost reduction of GBP 1 billion by introduction
of various initiatives like robotics, off-shoring and other initiatives. I also averted a GBP 5 million penalty and
potential business continuity risk in India for Vodafone by identifying non-compliance to TRAI regulations. At CPA
Global me and my team delivered YOY savings and identified revenue leakages and cost overpayments
contributing over GBP 6 million to the company’s bottom-line growth. By identification of all these gaps and
putting mitigating controls, I made the finance control framework more robust. With board-level support, I had
even worked with the Chief Compliance Officer in introducing innovative technology and developing company and
client regulatory compliance in the areas of US export control, economic sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption
