COMPLAINT

The undersigned, Chief of Police of Gerona Police Station, accuses


Jhames Ivan Degupan in Brgy. Quezon, municipality of Gerona, province of
Tarlac, Philippines, the said accused did then and there, willfully, unlawfully, and
feloniously, with malice and aforethought, raped Krysha Jhoy Dela Cruz,
threatening the latter with a knife and forcing her to engage in sexual activity,
thereby causing wounds in the victim’s body, and causing mental disturbance to
the said victim.

Contrary to law.
