student organizations and forward-thinking sponsors, Sponsify revolutionizes the sponsorship
process with cutting-edge [Link], a revolutionary platform aiming to simplify and
streamline the college sponsorship process, is facing challenges in its go-to-market strategy for
the launch in Delhi University. The platform's unique features, including AI-powered matching,
transparent pricing, exclusive deals, streamlined communication, and real-time analytics, are
ready to disrupt the market. However, the success of Sponsify relies heavily on a robust go-to-
market strategy.
Key Problems:
Limited Awareness and Adoption:
Issue: Despite Sponsify's innovative features, there is limited awareness among student
organizations and potential sponsors about the platform's existence and capabilities.
Challenge: How can Sponsify create an impactful and widespread awareness campaign to ensure
broad adoption among the diverse student community and attract potential sponsors
considering the cost in mind?
Building Credibility and Trust:

Objective for Students:
Students are tasked with developing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Sponsify,
addressing the key problems outlined above in a 6 slider Deck . This should include innovative
and actionable solutions for raising awareness, building credibility, effective differentiation, user
onboarding, and optimizing the pricing strategy. The goal is to equip students with the skills to
create a compelling marketing pitch that positions Sponsify as the go-to platform for college
sponsorships at Delhi University.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Eligibility:
Teams must have successfully cleared the quiz round to participate in the Market Wars -
Marketing Plan Presentation.
Each team is allowed a maximum of 4 members.
Case Problem Distribution:
The case problem, detailing the business model of "Sponsify," will be provided at the beginning
of the round.
Presentation Format:
Teams are required to create a pitch deck consisting of 6 slides.
The presentation time limit is set at 6-8 minutes.
Content Guidelines:
The pitch deck should cover all the important aspects and should be submitted in pdf format in
the following nomenclature Marketwars_teamname_Collegename
Judging Criteria:
Presentations will be evaluated based on creativity, feasibility, and potential market impact.
Judges will consider the clarity of the pitch, the depth of analysis, and the strategic vision
presented.
Presentation Time Management:
Teams must strictly adhere to the 6-8 minutes presentation time limit.
A warning will be given at the 7-minute mark to signal the approaching time limit.
Question and Answer Round:
Following the presentation, there will be a Question and Answer (Q&A) round lasting for 2
minutes.
Teams should be prepared to respond to queries from the judging panel regarding their
marketing plan.
Any additional visual aids or materials must be approved by the organizers in advance.
Team Participation:
All team members must actively participate in the presentation and be prepared to answer
questions during the Q&A round.
Adherence to Ethical Standards:
Teams should adhere to ethical standards in their marketing plan, avoiding any misleading or
deceptive practices.
Submission Deadline:
Teams are required to submit their final pitch deck to the organizers by the specified deadline.
Organizer Discretion:
The organizers reserve the right to make final decisions on any matters not explicitly covered in
the rules and regulations
