RFP for Construction of 4-Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highway section on NH-163G
(Khammam– Vijayawada) from V. Venkatayapalem village at Design Ch. 220.480 Km to
Brahmanapalli(K) village at Design Ch. 250.400 Km (total length 29.920 Km) under other
Economic Corridor (NH(O)) programme on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Telangana
(Package-I).
The Government of India had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance
and management of National Highway No.163G including the section from km 220.480 to km
250.400 (approx. 29.920 km). The Authority had resolved to undertake the Construction of 4-
Lane Access Controlled Greenfield Highway section on NH-163G (Khammam– Vijayawada)
from V. Venkatayapalem village at Design Ch. 220.480 Km to Brahmanapalli (K) village at
Design Ch. 250.400 Km (total length 29.920 Km) under other Economic Corridor (NH(O))
programme on Hybrid Annuity Mode in the State of Telangana (Package-I). (hereinafter called
the “NH”) in the State of Telangana by Four-Laning thereof (the “Project”) on design, build,
operate and transfer (the “DBOT Annuity” or “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, and has decided to carry
out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be
awarded. Brief particulars of the Project are as follows:

The complete BID document can be viewed / downloaded from e-procurement portal of
NHAI [Link] from 29.12.2022 to 15.02.2023 (up to 1100 Hrs. IST). Bid must be
submitted online only at [Link] during the validity of registration with the NHAI e-
Tendering Portal being managed by National Informatic Centre (NIC), i.e., [Link]
on or before 15.02.2023 (up to 1100 hours IST). Technical submissions of the Bids received
online shall be opened on 16.02.2023 (at 1130 hours IST).
Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security,
Power of Attorney for signing of Bid, Power of Attorney for lead member of Consortium, if any,
Joint Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates
apostille at foreign origin, if any, and other documents required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall
be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Award
(LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or
any of the BIDs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
