Executive Summary:
The project-GO” is a shortened word for Environmental Growth Outcome
designed to educate and raise people's awareness of acts that contribute to
environmental care. The purposes of the project are to create a greener community, to
have a breathable air, and to educate people regarding the 5 R’s (refuse, reduce, reuse,
repurpose, and recycle) to ensure the cleanliness of the environment. This project aims
to solve the problems in improper garbage disposal that can cause blockage in canal
drainages. This blockage in the canal drainages can lead to flood and can contribute to
the occurrence of certain diseases such as Dengue and Leptospirosis. Next, lack of
trees in the community that will probably the reason of a higher temperature that we
experienced nowadays. Lastly, lack of knowledge regarding the proper management of
the environment. The community will be able to separate and dispose of their waste in
the appropriate disposal location, take part in a tree-planting program, and have
information about how to take care of the environment as a result of this initiative.

Importance of the Project:


The importance of this project is to foster interconnection among all living things
on Earth. Through conserving the environment, we not only conserve individual species
but also maintain the delicate balance of the ecosystems that support all life on the
planet. Healthy ecosystems provide us to have a clean air, fresh water, fertile soil, and a
stable temperature. In safeguarding the environment, we can assist maintain
agriculture, forestry, and fisheries, which are vital to our economy and well-being.

Without effective conservation measures in place, these critical resources would


be jeopardized, resulting in widespread environmental deterioration and potentially
catastrophic effect for human health and prosperity.

Project Objectives:
The project aims to achieve the environmental growth outcome through the following:
 Promoting the 5 R’s (Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Repurpose, and Recycle)
 Planting trees to save energy and release oxygen that keeps the air clean
 Encouraging others to help save the environment to create a positive impact.

Project Description/Scope:
The "Environmental Growth Outcome" program aims to identify, evaluate and propose
strategies for promoting healthy environment and long-term development. Encouraging
positive outcome for the unity and help of the individuals, community, and organizations.
The implementation of strategies is essential to promote environmental health
especially that the world is currently facing environmental issues, including, climate
change, pollution, habitat destruction, resource depletion.

Scope:
 We will conduct a research on local and global environmental issues, to identify
the consequences of human activities to the environment and to analyze a
solution for the damages.
 Seek help with big organization in able to help in decision-making and implement
the project successfully.
 Organize and conduct seminars or outreach program for communities and
individuals to raise awareness about the environmental issues and to engage in
saving and resiliency of the environment.
 Propose and establish partnership with local government unit in implementing a
rules and regulation for conservation of the environment.
 Make a public promotion through printed materials and social media platforms.
 Support and coordinate with other groups about environmental advocacies.

Implementation Plan:
1. Plan and appoint a competent person to have support and idea about environmental
matters. (From the 1st of the implementing the plan)
2. Carry out an environmental review about the said area and evaluate compliance with
regulatory controls. (2-3 days after planning and appointing environmental matters)
3. Provide adequate resources and funding. (1 week after carrying out environmental
review)
4. Make all the employees, staffs and communities aware about the said environmental
policy and project. (5 days after collecting and resourcing the funds of the said project, it
is to ensure that before implementing the project there's an enough budget)
5. Operate the environmental project. (After 2-3 weeks of planning)
6. Assess the environmental impact of the project. (In the 4rth week, it can now be
assess and monitor the impact since it started weeks ago)
7. Ensure what environmental matters are considered during planning and if it's carrying
out within the plan. (1 month after executing and operating the project for us to have an
accurate result and provide right data for the environmental project that was made)

 People involved in the project are the team members, health providers, barangay
LGU's and volunteers. Financial resources can be from the big environmental
organizations, city government, solicits and donate funding from big companies
and organizations.
 Technical resources including printers, computers, and other devices that can the
source of the handout or hand piece and will provide the information of the plan
and project.

1. Project Manager — Responsible for overall project coordination and resource plans.
Additionally, they oversee the project team's work to ensure project goals are met and
address any issues that arise.

2. Environmental Specialist — Responsible for conducting environmental assessments


to identify areas in need of intervention and designing green infrastructure projects like
reforestation and habitat restoration initiatives. Also, they are responsible for monitoring
and evaluating the project's environmental impact, recommending adjustments to
strategies as necessary.

3. Community Organizers — Responsible for raising awareness about environmental


issues and solutions by facilitating workshops.

4. Volunteers — participating in tree planting events, habitat restoration projects, and


other conservation efforts.

Evaluation and Monitoring:


There are the methods and criteria for evaluating project success are the following:

 Relevance, if the project was relevant for its area or environment. It is to know to
what extent are the project objectives still valid.
 Effectiveness, what were the key factors that were found to have an influence on
the achievement or non-achievement of the objectives.
 Efficiency, to know did the project activities achieve the expected outcomes with
minimum possible cost inputs and if objectives were achieved on time? Were the
project objectives attained without delays?
 Impact, is what real difference has the activity made to the beneficiaries? What
are the actual impacts of the project activity on the beneficiaries? And, if it has
adequate consideration been given to the environmental impact and stakeholder,
including local community, participation and ownership.
 Sustainability, in which key factors influenced the fulfillment and non-fulfillment of
project sustainability.

Appendices:
 We all know the current condition of the environment is. It is now different from
the previous years.
 We, the students undergo a kind of project that demonstrate of how a one global
citizen works.
 The project “E-GO” (Environmental Growth Outcome) shows of being a global
citizenship through its unwavering excellence in having a concern for the
environment especially more than helping the world.
 The students will come the gradual change for everyone’s safety in the way of
unity of each other.
 This simple project goes a long way in showing the love and support for the
nature that serves as our home.
