Annexure
Terms:
1. Legal cases/complaints: Any legal proceedings or complaints initiated or lodged by you or on your
behalf against the company and/or its employees, officials and representatives shall be withdrawn
unconditionally with immediate effect from the date of this settlement letter.
2. Credit bureau records: As per an initiative of the Government of India and the Reserve Bank of
India, your credit history is provided by us to credit bureaus on a regular basis. Once you pay the
settlement amount, this account status will be updated as “Settled” with NIL outstanding in bureau
records as per the provisions of the Credit. Information Companies Regulation Act 2005, within
30 days from the date your payment is received.
3. Default in payment: In case of any default from your side towards payment of this settlement
amount, this settlement offer shall stand null, void and withdrawn, along with any concessions
granted. In such circumstances, you are liable to pay the entire outstanding amount immediately
as per the statement of account. We take appropriate measures to recover the entire outstanding
dues by initiating both civil and criminal proceedings as per the terms and conditions of this
settlement as well as the OneCard terms.
