1 Check 3Φ & 1Φ Voltages. R-Y, Y-B, B-R & R /Y /B -N
2 Check for proper Earthing. E-N= > 5
Check the function of Emergency, Safety
3 By Operation.
interlocks, start / stop, purge shield.
4 Apply LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out). Switch Off main & Tag it.
5 Clean electrical panel, drive, contactor. By air (2 bar) & Cotton.
6 Tighen all electrical connection properly. Properly tight.
7 Check all panel cooling fan working. Properly working.
8 Check all the temp. sensors / proxy . Properly fitted in location
Check Main Motor, Index Motor & all
9 Properly fitted in location
conveyor motor for proper working.
10 Clean all photo sensors / proxy sensors. By cotton.
Check all the Hyd. Valve Connector for
11 Properly tight.
proper tighten.
B Mechanical Points
Check & do the cleanliness of machine. (i.e.
1 By air & Cotton.
Index Platten & Injection Unit).
Check Oil , Water & Air leakages, if any do
2 No oil & water leakages.

Check cooling water circulation from Hopper

4 Check & Take all Heater Currents Take all the readings.
