DEIT CHART

TIME MENU

1 Early morning Luke warm water – 2 glasses

2 Morning Chia seeds water

or

Fenugreek water

or

Corriander seed, Ginger tea with honey

Compulsory walking after this for about 30 mins in Sunlight

3 Breakfast Any protein rich food

Adai Dosa/ Moong dhal Chilla with or without paneer

stuffing / Moongdhal with fenugreek added/ Millet dosa/

Multigrain Dosa with anyone millet added / Oats + milk +

Nuts of Choice (atleast 3 nuts) + 2 eggs

4 Mid-day Nuts mixed/ 1 cup fruit of choice (apple, guava,

orange)/sprouts salad

5 Lunch Balanced

1. Rice-millet rice or normal rice or red rice + sambar/dhal

+ green leafy vegetable + 1 portion of vegetable of

pudalangaai, peerkangaai, vendakaai,

Kovakkai,Venpoosani,Mullangi+ buttermilk + chicken (150 gram breast)

2. Garlic egg fried rice

3. Incase Chicken, replace this with chicken but not over oil

cooked or fried, pasteurized and slightly seasonal

4. Carrot + cucumber salad , vegetable one portion, Curd


rice

6 Evening Salad/sprouts/Greengram dhal steamed/ Black Sundal

Steamed

7 Dinner Oats upma with veggies and lentils

Or

Barley upma with veggies and lentils

Normal Upma with moongdhal and veggies

Or

Idly -2

Or

Any Kanji

Tomato Basil Soup or mixed vegetable Soup (Strained)

OTHER RECIPES:

1. Pomegranate + Soaked nuts + Soaked Dates - Don’t Strain just blend well

2. Oats + banana + nuts – preworkout

3. Chappathi + Slightly seasoned dry chicken

4. Ghee in early morning – empty stomach one teaspoon(5ml) with Luke warm water

5. Barley Kanji/ Ragi Kanji

NOTE:

Use oil of coconut or gingelly

Any oil used must be very low amount. Be Oil conscious

Water 2.5 to 3 litres including Buttermilk

Walking in Sunlight compulsory

Above mentioned receipes are alternatives of your choice


Do not overeat

Eat 3/4th Stomach Full

Don’t skip workout if skipped, eat kanji.

Restrict salt, pappad, Pickle

Intake Muskmelon juice twice
