INTENTION TO LEAVE INSTRUMENT (ILI)

In the following pages, there are number of questions that may reflect your
thoughts in association with your intention to leave from an organization. By
using a scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree, please choose the
degree of agreement with your current circumstances by ticking (√) on the
square provided in every question that most accurately reflects your perceptions.
If you have trouble in understanding a question, answer to the best of your
ability. You are required to answer these questions, which truly describe
yourself. Your answers are very important to the accuracy of this study. (Please
return the completed questionnaire in the enclosed self-addressed envelope at
your earliest convenience).
