Dust Free Container Loading

Dust Free Container Loading System

for Dry Bulk Materials

2
– How it works The process of filling containers using a siloadmaxX® mobile
system is based on the concept of pneumatic conveying. Dry
powder bulk material is conveyed into a receiving container fitted
with a liner through a telescoping pipe built into the siloadmaxX®
system. As the bulk material is loaded into the container, the
conveying air and dust particles are drawn into an integrated
filter receiver through the gap between the outer telescoping
pipe and the inner conveying pipe. A rotary valve under the filter
receiver discharges the dust back into the conveying cycle. The
entire transfer process is a completely enclosed conveying
system to prevent the release of dust into the environment. The
conveying air needed for operation is supplied by an integrated
loading principles blower when silos are being unloaded and by the truck compressor
Fast container loading with almost 100 % filling efficiency when material is being conveyed directly from a truck.

A protective liner is fitted to and installed inside The receiving container is positioned behind
the receiving container the siloadmaxX® mobile system and loading begins

Loading logistics

Loading bulk material into container at producer’s plant:

Position siloadmaxX® mobile system with hopper under silo
Position receiving container behind siloadmaxX® system
Start dust-free loading of material into container

Loading bulk material into container from bulk truck in port:

Position bulk truck in close proximity to siloadmaxX®
Connect bulk truck compressor to siloadmaxX® system
Start dust-free loading of material into container

Loading bulk material into container from ground pile:

Position receiving container behind siloadmaxX® system
Use siloadmaxX® suction/pressure blower to load bulk
material either directly from ground pile OR indirectly
from hopper filled with material from ground pile

ContainerQuickFlow (CQF) unloading system
The ContainerQuickFlow (CQF) container unloading system is
designed to handle sticky and powdery bulk solids without
releasing dust into the environment. The CQF unit is connected
to the full container with the aid of a fork lift. The container is
tilted to a 45 – 47° angle as required for the dry bulk solid material
to flow through the large opening in the liner that extends
across the full width of the container, and into a screw feeder.
The material is then pneumatically pressure conveyed with the
aid of an integrated blow through rotary valve into the
destination silo. The CQF unloading system is available to fit a
variety of containers. An optional compressed air pulse unit is
recommended for applications where material tends to bridge.
