website that provides such services are not costumer friendly, efficient, and on par on
the current market. The market itself is chaotic and have NO single market.
We aim to provide a place where costumers and sellers can have a platform of
all their needs. We aim to connect individuals just like social media

Agoda:
“All prices are overblown and deceptive. This is a total scam app! Your search shows a hotel for X and
then when you click to pay, it's twice as expensive. They pull this scam in hopes that you won't catch it
and by tricking you into thinking they have a low price, they charge you at least twice as much and you
end up totally cheated. Open your eyes and make sure you know what you're agreeing too, because this
app is full of bait and switch scams and tricks. I'll probably delete. Useless!”

“Agoda is not a reputable source for lodging. I've been to 10 countries and used Agoda to book based on
reviews. Their main issues are their map in other countries don't display the correct addresses (or are
formatted incorrectly), they do not have accurate reviews due to their rating system, and their refund
policy is non-existent. The app itself has real issues loading and the UX refreshing causes major
headaches when attempting to load info and view chat history.”

“Very disappointing service 😒 The Agoda app is great till there is something wrong with a hotel. Then you
get an Indian call center that has poor audio and cannot understand your problem. I waited for 40
minutes on the phone to try to get this resolved. The reason I asked for a refund was the fact that this
hotel said a benefit was parking, when we arrived at the hotel has no parking was available at the hotel.
Had to pay for another hotel and Agoda refused to refund me”

Airbnb:

“This app could be a whole lot better. When you search on the map, if you don't have the right kind
house/rental selected in that area it won't show you what Airbnb is there. But if you change the kind in
that area the map goes to a different place. I love STAYING at Airbnb’s but to find them is very frustrating
because of the un-user-friendliness of the app.”

“Have yet to have a smooth experience with AIRBNB. From their poorly designed "category" filter that
doesn't have a show all option, to their ridiculous verification process which can also deny last minute
reservations, I have yet to be satisfied with Airbnb. I just made a reservation which did go a little
smoother this time so far, but I don't have much faith this won't be headache free”

“I spend a good portion of each year living out of short-term rentals and Airbnb has the largest selection
of quality options. However, finding those options is exceptionally difficult. The lack of useful search
filters and inability to sort search results is incredibly frustrating. The categories are ridiculous and
useless. With every update we lose more filters. It's as if the designers of this app go out of their way to
make searching for listings as difficult as possible.”

Lamudi Philippines:

“Has become worthless. Cannot search for locations (Like Davao) anymore. Filters don't work. Can only
see Manila area properties.”

“No ability to remove your ad. Result: many very old ads still online. I was very interested in a property,
but turns out to be a 6-year-old ad!! I spoke to the seller and he told me he can't delete the ad and just
keeps getting enquiries. Very frustrating for sellers and buyers! Why does Lamudi not offer an update /
remove function? Most probably to make the website look more popular and get more traffic and ad
revenue. Respectable websites display the date the ad was placed, not this site. Bad!”

“Before I accepted the offer of Lamudi I told them for an assistance because I am a new user and don't
have any idea about this especially on how to post my products here. they are very accommodating at
first. But when I paid them and ask for the receipt and I want to replace my postings, then, I cannot
contact any of them, they don't answer my calls and are unreachable. Until now it almost a month no
receipt yet.”

Property24 Philippines

“Great app and has an easy-to-understand interface. However, it would be great if the filters could be
improved. It would be nice if there is an option to select to see only "Pets Allowed"/"No Pets Allowed"
houses. Also make it mandatory for agents to include that specification, because I have gone through so
many wonderful houses, only to read far down in the description that no pets are allowed. Or there is
just nothing mentioned about pets, and now you have to guess”

“The app is very helpful, I love it. I would also appreciate if you can encourage the sellers to remove
rented/sold apartments/houses because it causes frustration and confusion. If a place is rented/sold then
why is it still advertised, really?”

“Terrible platform, offering unique and special product, for sellers and buyers. Poor customer service........
Do Not Recommend !!!! Buy it at your own risk. They Do Not protect Buyer......who wannabe pays extra
for insurance protection for low price item ??? Terrible. Better go Shopee. I engage their CS, but his guy
simple "auto response" my query and problems (missing part and terrible product condition) and gone
missing without tracking info. Carousell, No, No, No.”

“I'm having problem just to log in the app. I used to have an account here but uninstalled the app for a
long time. Now I install back, but have to reset password. After resetting, and use that new password, I
still can't login. It shows a popup with "You've reached max account" and told me to reset password.
Then what's the use of me resetting password?? The UX is very bad for login/signup page Can't even see
the clear way to login.”

finding a place to stay.

If online, it is to check whether the place is good overall. If actual, it is time consuming
since almost the rooms are occupied and those who are not occupied is not actually
what I look for.
