A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SK CHAIRPERSON HON. LEO I. CORDEL JR. AND


SK TREASURER MA. CLAIRE LATAYADA TO DISBURSE THE AMOUNT OF 10,000
AS PAYMENT TO REYFER ENTERPRISES FOR THE SK UNIFORM

WHEREAS, it is necessary and beneficial for the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) members to have
a uniform for the purpose of identification and unity;
WHEREAS, Reyfer Enterprises has been chosen as the supplier for the said uniforms due to its
reputation for quality and affordability;
WHEREAS, the total cost for the said uniforms amounts to 10,000;
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Francis Mae Velonta, duly seconded by Hon. Jamaila
N. Velunta, it was
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to authorize SK Chairperson Hon. Leo I. Cordel Jr. and
SK Treasurer Ma. Claire Latayada to disburse the amount of 10,000 as payment to Reyfer
Enterprises for the SK uniform.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the Barangay Council,
Reyfer Enterprises, and other concerned parties for their information and appropriate action.
APPROVED this 3rd day of May, 2024.
