This is to certify that master Pushpendra Singh Rathore, S/o Late Mr Shravana Singh Rathore,
Age 8 years, R/o House No. 143, Jagdishpuri-II, Nanosar, Bindayaka, Jaipur and Rajasthan
recently diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Blood Cancer) since October 2018 and
is being treated at Manipal Hospital, Jaipur under my care. The father of Pushpendra died 2%
years ago and since then mother is fighting it out on its own.
The estimated cost for treatment of leukemia is around 10 lac rupees. This cost usually covers up
all the mild complications but still there might be other major complications and that also might
add cost to the estimate given. The expected main expanses are as follows.
Diagnostics before starting Chemotherapy I lacs
Chemotherapy cost = 3 lacs
Supportive care including blood products and antibiotics 4 lacs
Post chemotherapy follow-up = 2 lacs
