Job Summary:

The Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of Lean management
methodologies across various campaigns within the organization.
This individual will collaborate closely with the Senior Process Engineer and other team members to
facilitate the execution of Lean initiatives aimed at driving process optimization, waste reduction, and
continuous improvement.
The primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of process improvement projects,
applying Lean principles and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency while adhering to
established standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement using
Lean methodologies, such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kanban, and Standard Work.
2. Assist in the development and execution of Lean action plans, including the establishment of
performance metrics, targets, and timelines.
3. Participate in Gemba walks (Process Walkthrough) and process observation sessions to identify
inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in the operation.
4. Assist in the development and documentation of Lean tools and techniques, including Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Visual Management systems.
5. Monitor the progress of Lean initiatives, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and provide
regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
6. Actively participate in Lean events, such as Kaizen workshops, Rapid Improvement Events
(RIEs), and Continuous Improvement projects, to drive sustainable change and innovation.
7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in Lean management, continuously
seeking opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering (highly preferred), Business Administration, or a


related field.
 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, preferably with a focus on Lean methodologies.
 Solid understanding of Lean principles and tools, with practical experience in their application.
 Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving techniques, with the ability to identify root
causes and implement effective solutions.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence
stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-
paced environment.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, with a proactive and positive attitude.
