We seek a qualified agency to define requirements, develop a feature set,
create a compelling brand identity, and design the entire UI/UX of an
innovative home task management application. The app's goal is to
streamline task creation, delegation, and completion for homeowners while

servants (maids, cooks, drivers, etc.). The app should serve homeowners from

communicated, and helpful resources for domestic workers dispersed. Our
app aims to centralize tasks, provide clear translations, and offer task-related
information for better management and outcomes.

To guide the design and feature development, we've outlined some initial
user personas. These personas represent a starting point. We expect the
chosen agency to conduct thorough user research to validate and develop
more detailed and nuanced personas. Bidders are encouraged to expand and
refine these personas during further research stages:
Persona 1: The Busy Homeowner
Background: Working professional, possibly with a family. Juggles work and
household responsibilities. Time is a valuable asset.
Needs: Simple, fast task creation. Clear assignment tools. Easy to monitor task
progress from anywhere.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with smartphone apps, but not
tech-savvy
Persona 2: In-House Domestic Worker
Background: Employed as a cook, maid, babysitter, etc. Resides within the
homeowner's household or spends significant time within the home
environment.
Needs: Translations of task descriptions into their native language.
Informational resources related to housework, childcare, etc. A simple way to
ask questions or communicate with the homeowner.
Technical Proficiency: Smartphone familiarity, but potential for discomfort
with complex interfaces.
Persona 3: The External Worker
Background: Employed as a gardener, driver, etc. May have less frequent
interaction within the home, spending significant time outdoors.
Needs: Clear instructions (with translations), access to resources related to
their outdoor work. A potential communication channel with the homeowner
for questions.
Technical Proficiency: Smartphone familiarity, may have different usage
patterns compared to in-house workers.
Persona 4: The Family Member
Background: Could be teenagers or older family members contributing to
