1. How do I access SUJOG platform?
The SUJOG Platform can be accessed on your mobile, desktop, or laptop browser.
2. How do I login into the SUJOG system?
If you are a first-time user, you are required to first register yourself by providing your phone number,
name and selecting city of residence. Once registered, you can login into the system at anytime using
the registered phone number and OTP.
3. What details do I need to login into the system?
As a citizen, you are required to provide your valid mobile number for a one-time registration on the
SUJOG platform. From there on, a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the Mobile Number
which needs to be entered to log in to the SUJOG system
4. What if I do not receive OTP on my mobile?
If an OTP is not received within 30 seconds of filing the request, a button "Resend OTP" will be
enabled on the screen. A fresh OTP can then be requested by clicking on this button.

5. How can I update my SUJOG profile?
After completing the user registration on the portal, citizen will be able to make the following changes:
• Upload profile photo
• Capture/update mobile number
• Capture/update email ID

The setback layer polygon drawn should have edges falling/coinciding

The OBPS System has 5 NOC’s that are part of the application workflow,
namely –
1. National Monuments Authority NOC (NMA)
2. Airport Authority of India NOC (AAI)

If NOC’s other than the 5 mentioned above are required, the applicant needs
to get the respective NOC’s offline from the concerned departments. The
applicant can then upload same in the ‘Document upload section’ while
filing the Building Permit Application Form.
