Executive Summary:

The purpose of this Report is to inspection BMS System in Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University
Hospital.

Methodology:

1- Check that the wiring of field device with DDC Panel is correct & Complete, Also the supply power.
2- Checking the HOA switch and it is connectivity.
3- Checking BMS Software & User Interface.
4- Checking all Control Panel.

Findings:

After visual inspection and practical testing of BMS System,

We found the following:

On the main building We checked the connections and control through the system on
the units and did not find any errors or problems in the system in terms of control and
reading data. We also found normal warnings and alerts in the system.

Conclusion:

All system functions work well, in all aspects, such as alerts, warnings, and stopping or starting other
systems.
