Do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under:


1. That no criminal proceedings or proceedings for professional misconduct have
ever been instituted against me in any court of law.

2. That during this period I had not engaged my self in any other fulltime service,
business or as the case may be occupation for gain.

3. That there is no gape between examination and training after passing the L.L.B
examination.

4. That stated above is correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing
has been concealed therein.
