emcees for today.

Introduction

In everything that we do, we should start it right. We must awaken our bodies and
activate our minds. At this point, we would like to call on our enthusiastic teachers
from the MAPEH Department, Ma’am Marites Mendoza, and Ma’am Marievic Perez
to help us get energized.

That was a very fantastic icebreaker, Ma’am Perez and Ma’am Mendoza. Surely, we
are now tuned in and mentally alert.

As we enter the Second Day of our Mid-Year INSET with the Theme: IKIGAI:
Innovate Teachers to Rekindle their Passion and Redesign Pedagogical Skills
towards Transformation and Excellence, we trust that your enthusiasm and energy
remain intact for continued learning from our distinguished speakers.

To formally acknowledge your presence, may we call on the Head Teacher of AP

At this juncture, may we call on Ma’am Joannie Lou V. Acosta, for the Checking of
Attendance.

The First Day of our Midyear INSET was indeed meaningful. We had valued guest
speakers and we truly learned from them. To give us what has transpired of
yesterday’s activities, may we call on Ma’am Marites P. Ragguinan for her
Recapitulation.

Thank you for that very detailed and substantial recap, Ma’am Ragguinan!

First Speaker

According to Stephen Covey

“Most of us spend too much time on what is urgent and not enough time on what is
important.”

Undoubtedly, effectively managing our time as educators poses significant

challenges given the multitude of priorities we juggle in our lives. The demands of
this profession often extend beyond official working hours, creating a particularly
daunting task for both teachers with children and single educators responsible for
caring for their parents. Fortunately, we are privileged to have a highly capable
guest speaker today, who will guide us on How to Achieve Work-Life Balance as a
Teacher. To introduce our esteemed speaker, may we call on our dear principal, Dr.
Richard C. Tuba.

Thank you very much, Ma’am Amy Campos, for that very informative and inspiring
talk. Surely, teachers have gained valuable insights that can be applied to both their
personal and professional lives, fostering a healthy and happy life by having a work-
life balance.

We appreciate all the teachers for bringing forth your questions. We trust that our
discussions have provided the clarity you were seeking and that any uncertainties
have been addressed.

Second Speaker

To introduce our next respected speaker, may we call on our ever-supportive

principal, Dr. Richard C. Tuba.

The floor is now ready for the Open Forum. Teachers with inquiries related to our
speaker's topic are invited to step forward.

We are indeed grateful for all that you have imparted to us today, Dr. Cristito A Eco.
Krus Na Ligas High School is very fortunate to have you with us today, Sir.

And that concluded our Morning Session. Let’s have our lunch everyone and we
shall resume 10 minutes before 1:00 PM.
(May ask someone to lead the prayer before the meal)

PM SESSION

Good afternoon teachers. We will resume in 5 minutes (optional)

A pleasant afternoon to everyone!

Before we formally start our PM Session, once again may we call on Ma’am Marites
Mendoza and Ma’am Marievic Perez from the MAPEH department.

That was a very engaging icebreaker, Ma’am Perez and Ma’am Mendoza.

First Speaker

According to Robert Alan, “Cultural differences should not separate us from each
other, but rather cultural diversity brings a collective strength that can benefit all of
humanity”. Our classroom is composed of different individuals, and as stewards of
knowledge, it is our utmost goal to address the diversity of our learners. Our speaker
this afternoon will share with us how to deal with diverse learners in the classroom
setting. To introduce our equally competent speaker, may we call on our principal
who is beyond compare, Dr. Richard C. Tuba.

Thank you, Mrs. Mitsi-an Luna, for enlightening us on how to deal with students'
diversity.

Second Speaker

Our learners come from different family backgrounds and are raised through
different parenting styles. Nevertheless, these learners have unique points of views
and behaviors. At times, they tend to act differently in the classroom and break
school rules and regulations. As their second parents, we must be well-equipped
with our knowledge about children's Rights. Our next speaker will help us learn and
unlearn about the existing laws on Child Protection Policy.

To introduce our esteemed speaker, may we call on our dear principal, Dr. Richard
C. Tuba.

Thank you, Dr. Albert D. Villamor, for sharing with us your expertise on children's
Rights.

At this juncture, we would like to call on the epitome of hard work and excellence,
our principal, Dr. Richard C. Tuba, for the Principal's Hour

Thank you so much, for your encouragement, Dr. Richard C. Tuba!

To listen to the impact of today’s program, we are glad to invite Sir Russell Soria, for
his Reflection and Take-aways.

We would like to commend Sir Soria for that very personal and professional take-
aways!

It has been said that if something has been opened, it has to be closed. To formally
conclude our program, may we call on Ma’am Irene B, Ancheta for her Closing
Remarks.

Thank you so much, Ma’am Ancheta!

Let’s call it a [Link] you everyone for your active participation. Let us all be safe
in going our home. God bless us all! See you tomorrow!
