Intact and unremarkable
14. Condition of skin: -
(a) The presence or absence of cutis anserina; blanching,
And soddening of skin
(b) Marks of blood, etc - NIL
(c) Presence or absence of sand or mud on skin of hands,
Feet or rest of the body.
15. Injuries to external genitals, indication of purging. - NIL
16. In suspected drowning case, condition of the hands
And fingers, presence or absence of sand or earth - NIL

17. External injuries; Multiple abraded contusion, reddish brown varying in size 3x1.5cm
over the left forehead, 10x7-9cm over the left side of face extending from left forehead to
left chin, a abraded laceration of size 9x5 muscle deep laceration on the left foream, 5x 4 cm
skin deep laceration on the right upper arm. A laceration of sixe 5x3 cm skin deep on the
frontal region of head, A abraded laceration of size 4x3cmm on the left side of abdomen.

Palpation as fracture etc.

19. Head, Vertebral column and Neck:
(i) Injuries under the scalp, their nature: A dark red contusion of 12x8cm scalp deep seen
over the fore head
(ii) Skull: Vault and base: 3 cm linear fracture at the site of left side of frontal bone
(iii) Meninges & Brain : Meninges- Intact
Brain- Diffuse SDH and SAH seen all over the brain surface
20. Thorax :-
(a) Wall, ribs, cartilages: A dark red contusion of 2nd and 4th ribs a long paravertebral line
(b) Pleurae:
(c) Trachea and bronchi:
(d) Right lung:

(g) Heart: Chamber are empty

21. Abdomen
(a) Wall: - Intact and unremarkable
(b) Peritoneum: - Intact and unremarkable
(c) Cavity: contain 500ml of fluid blood and 100gms of clotted blodd
(d) Esophagus:
(e) Stomach and its contents : partially digested food of 300gm
(f) Small intestine and its contents with condition of walls. - Intact and unremarkable
(g) Large intestine and its contents and condition of walls - Intact and unremarkable
(h) Liver: weight : 1025gm pale of cut section
(i Gall bladder: - Intact and unremarkable
(j) Spleen: Normal in size. Laceration of size 6x3x2 cm on costal surface, cut section
showed pale
(k) Pancreas & Suprarenals: - Intact and unremarkable
(l) Kidneys:
(m) Organs of generation:
(n) Urinary bladder:
(o) Uterus – Enlarge in size of 16x8cm
