Social change: social change refers to the transformation or alteration of societal structures,
institutions values, norms, behavior and relationship over time. It encompasses a wide range
phenomenon, including cultural shifts, technological advancement, economic transformation
political movement’s demographic changes and environmental concerns.
Education: Education is a process of facilitating learning knowledge acquisition, skill
development, critical thinking, personal growth and socialization among individuals within
formal and informal settings. It involves the transmission an acquisition of knowledge values
beliefs norms customs traditions skills from one generation to another as well as the cultivation
of cognitive effective and behavioral competencies is necessary for personal fulfillment civic
engagement and participation in the society
Characteristics of social change

Social change is dynamic and ongoing driven by evolving societal values technological
advancement economic shifts and demographic changes. Similarly education must
continuously adapt to these changes to remain relevant and effective.
