Northern Construction Company is appointed to build a dam on the bank of a river.

The dam should be


built for a duration of 6 months from November to April. In that time laborers are very scarce in the area.
The company would hire for the whole period of the project. The following table shows the activities of the
project with duration and labor requirement for each activity.
