I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:
a) identify the trigonometric ratios in a 45 - 45 - 90 triangle;
b) connect the concept of trigonometric ratios in a 45 - 45 - 90 triangle in a real-life
situation; and
c) find the values of the six trigonometric ratios in 45 - 45 - 90 triangle.

B. MOTIVATION
“MESSAGE RELAY” – The teacher will group the class into four. Each group choose their own
team leader, mechanics for this activity is that each group will form a line, each line will have
two representatives: the first one is the one who will relay the message that will be given by
the teacher, and the second one is the one who will decode the given information by writing
it in the manila paper. The rest will be the bridge between the first and the second
representative. The activity requires each group to fulfill four tasks that will be illustrated in
the piece of paper. This is a timed pressure activity. The first group to finish will receive a
reward.
