Candidates should bring a black ballpoint pen and a writing pad for the OMR answer sheet. Additionally, they are advised to bring their own water bottle to ensure they have access to water during the examination .
Candidates are strictly prohibited from bringing mobile phones, scientific calculators, laptops, or similar devices into the examination hall. If such devices are brought despite the instructions, they will be confiscated .
If discrepancies are found in examination credentials, candidates are instructed to immediately contact the Information System Branch of the SPSC for rectification .
Candidates are required to bring a downloaded copy of their admission slip, their original CNIC, and the original bank challan to the examination hall. Failure to bring these documents may lead to problems gaining entry to the examination .
Candidates who feel aggrieved by the rejection can file an appeal within seven days from the issuance of the rejection letter. The appeal must be accompanied by documentary evidence against the rejection and the original treasury receipt of Rs. 250 as appeal fee, payable to the SPSC under the designated head of account .
During the identification process, candidates are required to comply with any requests by the invigilating staff, such as lowering their mask for identification purposes .
Non-compliance with the examination instructions may lead to the disqualification and debarment from the current and subsequent examinations. This includes arriving late, carrying prohibited items, or not following the invigilator's instructions .
Candidates are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the test starts to locate their hall and seat. The gates are closed 10 minutes after the start time, meaning late arrivals will miss the test without any compensatory time .
The eligibility of candidates is determined by the recruitment rules and conditions mentioned in the advertisement, which is verified post the Professional/Screening Test/Examination. If, after detailed scrutiny, candidates are deemed ineligible based on their applications and documents, their candidatures will be cancelled regardless of their test performance .
After the examination, answer copies are collected from the candidates' seats, and no candidate is allowed to leave until all copies are collected. Candidates exit the hall in a row-wise manner, maintaining proper distance to avoid mix-ups .
